We’re Excited about Blueberry 100% Natural Fragrance Oil
It isn’t often we bring in an ingredient that everyone loves. LOVES! Our customer service staff, our shipping and receiving team, our compounders, and the entire marketing teams went a little nuts over our Natural Fragrance Oils. You’ll find Lingonberry Natural Fragrance Oil recipes on a recent blog post, too. So now I want to indulge in a little Blueberry madness with a few recipe ideas to get you started thinking about how you can include Blueberry (and Lingonberry) in your skin care products.
Blueberry Natural Fragrance Oil Recipes
True Blueberry Color Therapy Masque:
- 1 cup Blue Color Therapy Masque
- ½ cup water
- 0.12 fluid ounce Blueberry 100% Natural Fragrance Oil
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Apply to clean skin (face, hands, feet, back, wherever you please) avoiding mucous membranes. Allow to dry while enjoying the aroma of the blueberry and the benefits of Clay, MSM and Organic Blue Green Algae. Your skin will thank you!
Balmy Blueberry Perfume
- ¼ ounce Vanilla Co2 – selected for its sweet rich balsamic aroma
- ½ ounce Jasmine Grandiflorum Absolute – selected for its ethereal sweet floral notes
- 1/16 ounce Ambrette Co2 – selected for its musky floral aroma
- 1/8 ounce Anise – selected for its warm and spicy aroma
- ¼ ounce Blueberry FO – an amazing and rather unexpected burst to this sweet warm and spicy blend
In a glass bowl or glass measuring cup, combine the essential oils and Lingonberry Fragrance Oil. You can adjust the portions slightly to match your exact vision. When you have it exactly as you want it, pour into dark glass bottles and tightly cap the lids.
Blueberry Lingerie Wash:
- 1 lb Natural Micellar Water
- 0.12 fluid ounce Blueberry 100% Natural Fragrance Oil
Mix ingredients into a bottle. Soak your bra and delicates in cool water with this lovely wash clear wash. After a few moments rinse well with cool water. Hang to dry. Inhale the scent of a long summer day.
Blueberry Laundry Soap
- 1 lb Unscented Powder Laundry Soap
- 0.25 fluid ounce Blueberry 100% Natural Fragrance Oil
Put ingredients into a container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well until all lumps are gone. Use anytime you want to bring the juicy blueberry smell to your day. The fragrance oil isn’t blue so don’t worry about your whites.
